We keep your information for as long as your account exists or as long as we need it to provide the service. Cancelling a subscription does not delete anything by itself: your account, your conversions and the statements you uploaded stay where they are, and they are still there if you come back.

If you would rather have them removed, tick the deletion box on the cancellation screen. We then delete your conversions and the files you uploaded 30 days after your paid period ends, and we email you before that happens. You can also delete individual conversions from your dashboard at any time. We retain and use information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your personal information. However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

For security purposes we keep a log of statement downloads and blocked download attempts (time, account or anonymous session reference, statement number, file format, result and IP address, never the contents of your statements), which we delete after 180 days.

Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

7. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
