Go to Statements and upload your PDF bank statement. Our AI will automatically extract all transactions with dates, descriptions, and amounts.
The extraction process takes a few seconds to a few minutes depending on the number of pages. You'll see a "Completed" status when ready.
Click on "Reports" in the sidebar menu. You'll see your Report Templates and a list of extracted statements.
Choose the Default P&L Template or create your own custom template with specific categories and keywords for your business.
Find your statement in the list and click "Generate P&L". The report will be generated and downloaded as an Excel file.
Open the Excel file to see your P&L statement with Revenue, Expenses, and Net Income automatically calculated and formatted.
